In my classroom, I strive to create a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels seen, supported, and motivated to succeed. I establish clear behavioral expectations and cultivate respectful peer-to-peer dynamics that foster collaboration and mutual respect. My approach is rooted in culturally responsive teaching and inclusive practices that reflect and honor the diverse identities and learning profiles of my students. I design each lesson with a thoughtful structure—beginning with clear objectives, incorporating varied and engaging activities, and concluding with purposeful reflection and connection to future learning. Technology and tools are integrated meaningfully to enhance engagement and accessibility. Through ongoing formative assessment, I continuously adapt instruction and offer differentiated support to ensure that all students are empowered to contribute, persevere, and grow.
