Professional Practice

The ways each EPS teacher approaches organization, prioritization, communication, feedback, and development.

Working hard, so professional

As an EPS educator, I strive to embody a professional posture grounded in thoughtful organization, prioritization, and continuous reflection. I manage and prioritize my responsibilities to support student success and maintain a classroom environment that welcomes collaboration and transparency. I communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues in a timely and constructive manner and remain open to classroom observations and diverse feedback to strengthen my practice. I embrace recommendations for improvement with a responsive mindset and continually seek ways to grow. Through active participation in Program Development Days and other professional learning opportunities, I pursue meaningful development both within and beyond my school community, including presenting and facilitating sessions that contribute to the collective advancement of our profession.
